What you’ll do
- Build and deploy AI-driven agents that integrate with our voice AI agent platform.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to understand customer needs, infrastructure, and workflows — and turn them into scalable AI solutions.
- Research, prototype, and iterate on new AI agent capabilities.
- Deliver results under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges.
- Work across APIs, networks, and authentication systems to ensure smooth integrations.
What we’re looking for
- 3–4 years of software development experience, ideally with Go (Golang).
- Strong understanding of networking, HTTP, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.
- Ability to learn customer systems quickly and translate them into technical solutions.
- A flexible, problem-solving mindset with a passion for making things work under pressure.
- Big plus: hands-on experience building AI agents or working with conversational AI platforms.
