What you’ll do
- Deal acceleration: Support AEs on strategic opportunities; own technical win and POC success
- Solution shaping: Rapidly draft light architectures (SIP/WebRTC → AI Voice+Text → CRM/ERP) and SOW outlines
- Exec trust: Explain zero-trust, data residency (EU/Greece), and Gen-AI governance to CIO / CFO audiences
- Field feedback: Distill “Top 3 gaps” per strategic account → product
- Enablement lite: Maintain Greek demo scripts, ROI talking points, objection cheat-sheet
What we’re looking for
- 8–10 yrs software/solutions engineering; ≥3 yrs customer-facing (SA / SE / Field CTO)
- Comfortable with REST/gRPC, OAuth/SAML, WebRTC, SIP, AWS or GCP, scripting (TypeScript/Python)
- Ability to map latency/token economics to CFO-level impact; excellent communicator (English + Greek)
- Strong presence with regulated customers (Telco/Bank/Insurance) and security reviewers
- Gen-AI fine-tuning or RAG experience -Adventage
- Prior work integrating with Greek telco SIP trunks, local CRM/ERP (e.g., SoftOne, Entersoft)
- Familiar with EU AI & GDPR compliance discussions (DPA addenda, data residency)- Adventage
