Description

Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and definition of AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise clients. This is a senior, cross-functional role that bridges technical strategy, software integration, and client collaboration.

The Solution Architect will work closely with client stakeholders — typically across operations, IT, and business process teams (e.g., call centers and customer support organizations) — to understand existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and define localized AI Agents capable of augmenting or replacing manual processes.

You will be responsible for mapping out system interactions, identifying integration points with client systems, and producing comprehensive solution designs that guide downstream implementation teams. In addition to technical design, the Solution Architect will advise clients on automation best practices, scalable architectures, and responsible deployment of AI-based systems.

This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of software engineering and system integration, and the ability to communicate effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 8+ years in software engineering, architecture, or related technical leadership roles, with proven experience designing complex integrated systems within enterprise SaaS, AI, or related tech environments.

  • Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., CRM, ERP, telephony, ticketing systems).

  • Experience with modern AI/ML platforms and frameworks, ideally including conversational AI or automation agents.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable software architectures.

  • Ability to analyze client business processes and translate them into structured automation and AI agent designs.

  • Proven experience documenting system architecture, data flows, and interface specifications.

  • Experience building new functions or operations in growth-stage companies or new markets.

  • Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in at least one local language.

  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence - you know how to hold the room.

  • Outcome-driven and highly independent, equally confident rolling up your sleeves or zooming out to shape long-term strategy.
