Role Overview
Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email).
Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real-world tasks.
Build and maintain internal tooling in TypeScript, with a focus on reusable components for agents and shared use.
Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate quickly.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions.
Contribute to processes, documentation, and best practices that support scalable AI development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
Excellent English, written and spoken.
Strong hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations.
Solid programming skills; experience with TypeScript is a strong advantage.
Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog) is an advantage.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI.
Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage.
