Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.
Role Overview
Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email).
Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real-world tasks.
Build and maintain internal tooling in TypeScript, with a focus on reusable components for agents and shared use.
Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate quickly.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions.
Contribute to processes, documentation, and best practices that support scalable AI development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
Native-level proficiency in one of the following - Mexican Spanish, Colombian Spanish, Argentinian Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Strong, hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations.
Solid programming skills; TypeScript experience is a strong advantage.
Previous exposure to technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog) is a bonus.
