What you’ll do
- Design prompts & helper functions that steer AI agents across voice, chat, and email
- Integrate customer APIs, databases, CRMs, ticketing, and internal tools so agents can execute real tasks
- Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for reliability
- Meet customers to gather requirements, demo progress, and iterate quickly on feedback
- Work side-by-side with product & engineering to ship solutions fast
What we’re looking for
- Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.)
- Excellent English, written & spoken
- Final-year student or graduate in Computer Science or another STEM field
- Comfortable hands-on with APIs, backend logic, and systems integration
- Passion for AI and a “get-it-done” attitude
