What you’ll do
- Lead Wonderful’s AI delivery & success team for enterprise customers
- Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans
- Drive implementations from kickoff to go-live, iterating on agent performance
- Coordinate product, engineering, and customer teams to meet timelines & SLAs
- Track results and flag opportunities for expansion
What we’re looking for
- 3 + years managing enterprise SaaS implementations or customer-success programs
- Fluent English, written & spoken
- Strong project-management & stakeholder-communication skills
- Comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and change-management processes
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and passion for AI
