Implementation Manager

What you’ll do

• Lead Wonderful’s AI delivery & success team for enterprise customers
• Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans
• Drive implementations from kickoff to go-live, iterating on agent performance
• Coordinate product, engineering, and customer teams to meet timelines & SLAs
• Track results and flag opportunities for expansion

What we’re looking for

• 3 + years managing enterprise SaaS implementations or customer-success programs
• Fluent English, written & spoken
• Strong project-management & stakeholder-communication skills
• Comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and change-management processes
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and passion for AI
