What you’ll do
- Close Israeli and consolidated books every month under IFRS / Israeli GAAP, filing VAT and corporate-tax returns on time.
- Design lean controls, choose an ERP (NetSuite / Priority), and automate reports so audits stay painless as ARR scales.
- Build rolling NIS budgets, forecasts, and cash plans that inform product and GTM bets.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and the Israel Innovation Authority to optimise grants, 102 option plans, and tax credits.
- Coach a small finance team, championing an “automate-before-you-delegate” culture.
What we’re looking for
- Israeli CPA with 5 + years in Big-4 audit and startup controllership.
- Mastery of IFRS, Israeli GAAP, VAT, payroll, and equity schemes; zero fear of audits.
- Hands-on with NetSuite/QuickBooks and SQL or BI; you script repetitive tasks away.
- Fluent Hebrew and strong English; can brief founders, boards, and global investors clearly.
- Startup mindset: thrive on ambiguity, move fast, and keep processes elegant.
