Business Analyst
What you’ll do
- Turn raw contact-center and product data into crisp stories that guide product, GTM, and ops decisions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define metrics, design experiments, and surface insight-backed recommendations.
- Build self-serve dashboards and one-off analyses that uncover trends, risks, and new revenue levers.
- Translate findings into concise business cases and narratives for leadership, investors, and frontline teams.
- Champion a data-first culture—upskill teammates on analytics tools and keep everyone honest with the numbers.
What we’re looking for
- 3 + years analysing B2B SaaS or CX operations data; bonus for contact-center or AI exposure.
- Fluent with SQL and BI platforms; comfortable jumping into spreadsheets or Python when needed.
- Curiosity and structured thinking—you frame the problem before crunching the numbers.
- Clear communicator who can turn complex analysis into plain-English takeaways and actionable next steps.
- Bias for action and ownership; you iterate fast, validate with stakeholders, and don’t wait for perfect data.
