April 7, 2026 - McKinsey and Wonderful have announced an alliance to help clients move from AI ambition to agentic AI deployment at scale.

The collaboration combines McKinsey’s transformation expertise and QuantumBlack AI by McKinsey's capabilities with Wonderful’s enterprise agent platform and forward-deployed engineers, creating an integrated offering that can take ambitious organizations from experimentation to production-grade deployment.

A recent McKinsey survey found that while 79 percent of organizations are experimenting with gen AI, fewer than 10 percent have scaled AI agents. The gap isn’t ambition; it’s execution. 

Our alliance aims to help clients change that. 

Wonderful is one of the fastest-growing applied AI scale-ups, with a singular focus on building and deploying agents in production.
